Well look at what I've been reduced to... Fan Characters that are a result of Crackshipping...
...wow...
>_< How did I end up in this situation? I never used to do this sort of thing! You know who I blame? I blame *hopelessromantic721 You do this stuff all the time! YOU INFECTED MEEEEE!!!

*Ahem* Anyway, how about I explain my actions before ~Atomic-Chinchilla hits me with another rusty shovel.

There are four characters in constant battle for my favorite Marvel Character: Captain America, She Hulk, Rogue, and Deadpool. Now if we forget those last two for the sake of this image, we get Cap and Shulkie.

Now, this character would likely be Cap and She-Hulk's Daughter.
*Dodges Shovel*
Hey hey hey! Don't attack me yet! You haven't let me finish explaining myself!

Now, I have previously explained that I very quickly became an utter comic geek, so I've been reading a lot of Marvel and DC comics. One thing in particular, though, has stuck out in my mind: How long will it last?
Now I am a big believer in the idea that few television shows should last more than something like 6 maybe 7 seasons at most. I also believe that there shouldn't be many movies in a series beyond about 4 (I'm looking at you Pokemon... in both cases!). There are, of course, some exceptions to this, but not many.
The reason is that you don't want these things to outstay their welcome and fall into a rut. You have to continually come up with new ideas for these things lest you start becoming stale and boring or repeating yourself. It's sort of why I feel it was a good thing that X-Men ended when it did and why I'm not too broken up that Buffy and Angel didn't get their last seasons. What we had was good, stayed fresh for the duration and left us with something we still find enjoyable. But when you go on with things too long you start beating a dead horse.

Now my reason for this picture. Many comic characters have been in business since the 60s, and often even earlier than that. My point is that, while I'm really new to these characters and I happen to be enjoying the stories, I have heard a number of people talking about how the characters seem to have lost a lot of their luster. In most cases I disagree, but given how long they've been in business I can understand why a lot of people could potentially think that.

Therefore, here is my proposal: Make a "future universe." in the same ilk as Batman Beyond with DC comics, make a future universe with characters relating to or emulating the current one. Actually they already have started one: "Marvel 2099." It's a cool concept, but at the moment it doesn't appear to be being used to its utmost potential... specifically because there hasn't been a single comic taking place in it since the mid 90's!

Thus consider this my request to Marvel to restart the 2099 universe or create another universe of its ilk. It'd be a great way to come up with new characters that are recognizable, but different in their own way, and would allow us a chance at new stories.

...?

What's that? You still want to know why I chose Captain America and She Hulk to hook up and have a daughter?
Well Doi! It's Liberty! The statue of liberty is a green lady, so the American idea of liberty and She Hulk's green... and... umm...
...
Well, uhhh... Ummm... HEY! Don't grab that shovel, I-

I shall draw the influence of Cowspots from you as Gandalf the White drew Saruman from Theodin King. *swats you with an old man's walking stick*
