Anyway, t'would be a very fitting song to be sung by a number of my villains... Especially Jack...

So I wanted to prove to people that I'm not only sitting around on my bum and eating potato chips. I've gotten some drawing in as well.

Anyway, on topic, these are all the villains I have planned out for the Demon Hymn. Esentially, TDH is basically planned out like a Television show, with larger story arcs containing multiple smaller story arcs, similar to episodes and seasons... the problem is that there are currently Ten seasons planned for it... and I did the math... If I wanted to attempt that, with three comics a week and roughly 13 "episodes" per "season" and about 30 comics an "episode," I'd be making this webcomic for TWENTY SIX YEARS.

...I may have to cut back a little...

Unless, of course I can actually get it on TV...
(HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... yeah right...)
...In which case I could tell the whole saga in roughly ten or eleven years, assuming I don't get cancelled before it's over, which in today's television market is a bit of a stretch...

Anyway, who are these characters? Well, from left to right...

OCTAVIA
"I grow veary of zis game, Rosalind. You vill do as I say!"

A lot of you already know Octavia, I'm sure. Octavia is a Kitsune, which is a kind of Trickster L-Demon, with the ability to shapeshift into anything animal given enough training. Octavia, despite only having three tails (as opposed to the maximum 9) is said to be the best at Kitsune Shapeshifting in the world... Too bad she's a sadistic, sociopathic German mob boss running the "Blutiger Mord" Family of disgruntled L-Demons.

(Author's Note: The Kitsune's tails contain organs that allow the shapeshifting possible. the fewer tails they have the more exhausting, painful, and slow the transformation)


JACK
"Tell me, my child... Do you fear for her?"

This guy's one of my favorites. You may know him best as a serial killer who disemboweled prostitutes on the streets of London town in the 1880's. Somehow gaining the power over all fear, he is able to psychicly mindfuck you with your absolute worst fears whenever he feels like it... which is all the time. He also has the ability to turn people into his mindless zombie-like slaves by merely looking into their eyes. Despising all life, he is determined to reduce Earth to a desolate rock of stone and fire.

COEUS
"How do you work?... I must Know..."

Back in Greek Mythology, there were a number of beings that rose up against Zeus known as the Titans. One of them was Coeus, the Titan of Knowledge and Wisdom. The most Docile and friendly of all the Titans, he was, unfortunately sent to Tartarus (a Hell Dimension) with the rest of the Titans, despite doing nothing wrong. WHen his sentence was up, he was returned to Earth and his memory was erased, allowing him to start over. Appearing as an old man with Gigantism, he became a college professor... but it only took one little spark to remind him of al that he'd been through, and drive him over the edge...

THE ACOLYTE
"Ten will fall so one may rise..."

The only member of the Cult of Oblivion still alive after the events of the Midnight League, The Acolyte now seeks to finish what his mentor, The Priestess, set out to do. Having obtained much more powerful magicks in the three years since the event, he seeks to ressurect Darkfang directly this time and set him loose upon reality...

DARKFANG
"Emptiness is the natural state of all being."

The Great Interdimensional Demon and Scourge of all worlds, Darkfang is potentially the most dangerous foe one can find... and MC's Father.
(Most of you already know him, so I won't go into much detail)

MIDDAY ASP
"I'm your antagonist. I tied your girlfriend to the railroad, blew up your house, and ate kittens for dinner."

A strange MC lookalike who acts nothing like the noble half-demon, instead becoming a ruthless leader of numerous highly trained demons and assassins. He holds a really strong grudge against Midnight Cobra, and seems to want to do anything possible to make him suffer. His motivation is unknown, but given his appearance, it's likely they know each other...

SUNSET VIPER
"Awww, Come on, Sugar, why can't I try the flamethrower?"

Her origins are unknown. All that is known is that she suddenly appeared with Midday Asp and his gang after MA rampaged through Louisiana as Asp's favorite girl. Completely infatuated with Asp, she does everything he wishes just to get his approval. She has a few basic magical abilities, but other than that is little more than a crony who gets... "privelages."

LOKI
"Home, Home on the range! Where the suckers run screaming in pain! I poke out their eyes, and then burn them alive, and the next day I do it again! EVERYBODY!!!"

Loki was the Norse trickster god back in the viking era. But when he orchestrated a little "prank" that eventually led to the death of his friend Baldr, he was sentenced to Hel where he spent the next several centuries in constant torture. He eventually escaped and now rides wildly across the world, subjecting innocent people to his unique brand of "practical jokes."

BLOODSHED
"Everything I did I did to help you, Cobra."

An incredibly old sorcerer who was once a good friend of Midnight Cobra, Bloodshed felt that man was no longer fit to be the dominant species and that, ironically, L-Demons had far more humanity than humans did. Thus he sought to slaughter all humans and pass on the world to his friend, MC. Cobra, however, neither wanted to see all humans destroyed, nor did he want to rule the world.

CTHULHU
"Now, Mr. Cobra, certainly you wouldn't wish to get in our way? Otherwise things could get very ugly..."

Once a powerful Elder God, the king of the Old Ones, Cthulhu was almost ressurected by a group of insane cultists but through an accident, he Dagon, and Mother Hydra ended up merging themselves with the insane faction. They now seek to rid themselves of their fleshy weakness. Creating a new army of Old Ones, they seek the Necronomicon to achieve their true forms and rule over the world from the city of R'yleh.

BAST
"Oh come now, my little garter snake, surely you can give a girl a little excitement?"

An ancient Egyptien Guardian worshipped thousands of years ago, Bast has never been able to come to terms with being left behind as a goddess. She now seeks a way to become a goddess in the people's eyes once again. Sexy and Seductive, she has a real thing for MC, though MC doesn't return the feelings...
